Teosyal® is a new range of non-animal 100% hyaluronic acid based wrinkle filling products. These products are highly biocompatible and are slowly absorbed. Teosyal can be injected into the entire face, neckline, neck and hands. No pre-testing is required.

Naturally present in the skin, hyaluronic acid preserves moisturising levels in the skin and boosts tone. The quantity of hyaluronic acid in the skin (dermis) decreases with age. As a result the skin dries out and becomes fragile with the appearance of wrinkles. The tissues progressively sag and the face becomes hollow.

Injected into the dermis Teosyal effectively alleviates this hyaluronic acid deficiency thanks to its high hyaluronic acid concentration. Teosyal revitalises and rehydrates the skin, fills in wrinkles and fine lines, adds volume and definition to lips and remodels and softens facial contours.

Side effects are injection-related such as swelling, redness, pain, itching and tenderness. These usually resolve after a few days but may take up to a week with lip augmentation.

The results can be seen immediately with all products, except Teosyal Meso, which may require three to four treatment sessions at intervals of three to four weeks, then one session every three months for maintenance treatment.

Depending on your age and the structure of your face more product may be required initially to achieve the desired effect but less in subsequent treatments. Maintenance sessions are required between six to twelve months dependent upon the type of Teosyal product used.
